This workshop will help you understand yourself better and align your core values with the characteristics and traits most leaders miss in their formula. During this workshop you will:

• Examine where you are already aligned with these core qualities, and what may need to change to be in better alignment.


• Develop skills to develop these core qualities more deeply, and
