NEUGC is the largest IBM i educational event in the Northeast U.S., with over 50 technical and professional sessions.

Vendor Sessions
When you purchase a booth, you're eligible to sign up for 1 of 5 available sponsor speaking sessions. The $700 sponsor session fee provides 30 minutes to speak on your topic of choice during select speaking slots Wednesday morning.     

​

Booth space and sponsor sessions are limited and sell out quickly so reserve early.  Booth locations and speaking opportunities are assigned on a first come, first served basis as payments are received.

 

Purchasing an ad in our Conference & Solution Center Guide is a great opportunity to promote your company to NEUGC attendees.

Logo and Description in  Conference Guide

After you register, email vendors@neugc.org with your logo as a .jpg so we can include it on our website, along with a 100-word description of your company for the conference guide.

Virtual Booth

NEW! In addition, once we receive payment, we will send you a link to create a virtual booth that will appear in an event app available to all NEUGC attendees.

Lead Scanning Available

Our new event app includes lead scanning capability for our sponsors!

*If more than two people from your company will be attending the conference at the same time, additional vendor attendees are charged $300/person.they must pay the full registration fee.
