  • ​​​Booth space and sponsorships are limited and sell out quickly, so sign up early to lock in your plans. You will have the chance to add sponsorships during on-line check out.

  • As part of the registration process, be prepared to designate an admin for your virtual both and submit staff names for your badges.

  • This year, sponsors will choose their exhibit tables upon arrival in Leominster.

Sponsored Speaking Sessions
When you purchase a booth, you are eligible to sign up for 1 of 5 available sponsored speaking sessions. The $700 sponsored session fee provides 30 minutes to speak on your topic of choice during select speaking slots on Wednesday morning.

​Advertising

An ad in our Conference & Solution Center Guide is a terrific opportunity to promote your company to NEUGC attendees. This year, a half-page ad is included in your sponsorship. We must receive your ad by March 14, 2025 (no extensions) to include it in the guide.

​

Ad Specifications: We require files with crop marks and a 1/8” “bleed” built in. ½ page ads should have crops set to 8.5” x 5.25”. Full page ads should have crops set to 8.5” x 11”. Please provide print- ready files in PDF format. Email PDFs that meet the above specifications to vendors@neugc.org

​Virtual Booth

Once we receive payment, we will send your designated admin a link to create a virtual booth that will appear in the event app used by all NEUGC attendees.

Logo and Description for Conference Guide

Important! After you register,  upload your logo and 100-word company description to your virtual booth. We will then add your logo to the NEUGC website and use that company description in the conference guide. Please take care of this by March 14 - we don't want you to miss out on this benefit!
